Aristocraft Train Engineer Warranty

Bachmann Europe Plc is pleased to offer a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects on Aristocraft Revolution Train Engineer systems purchased from a UK retailer. The standard company warranty terms apply.

A dated proof of purchase from a bona-fide UK retailer (supplied by Bachmann Europe Plc) showing the product must be produced for service under the terms of this warranty. Return of a Train Engineer for service by Bachmann Europe plc must be arranged with the Service Department before shipping.

Service from Bachmann Europe Plc may require that equipment is sent to Aristocraft/Polk's Model Craft in the United States of America for inspection and service.

This warranty does not affect any warranties already offered on the product by Aristocraft/Polk's Model Craft. Service outside the terms offered by Bachmann Europe Plc will be subject to the warranty terms of Aristocraft /Polk’s Model Craft.

This warranty is given as an additional benefit and any Statutory Rights are not affected.
